  • Professional background and trading profile information submitted through the application form
  • Psychological, behavioral, and trading performance data submitted through the Shadow Audit Portal during program participation
  • Any additional information you choose to share in written communications with us
Important: We explicitly request that you do not submit unredacted sensitive financial identifiers, such as full bank account numbers or tax identification numbers, through any of our portals or forms. Please review our Terms and Conditions for full redaction guidance.
2.2 — Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • Enrolled clients: Program records, session notes, Shadow Audit submissions, and communications are retained for seven (7) years from the date of program completion, in alignment with standard business and tax record requirements
  • Unsuccessful applicants: Application data is retained for two (2) years from the date of application, after which it is securely deleted
  • Website analytics data: Aggregate and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it contains no personally identifiable information

Following the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized. We retain only what is legally required for tax, accounting, and business record purposes after any applicable retention period expires.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for all users regardless of jurisdiction.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Upon receiving a valid written deletion request, we will delete your personal data within thirty (30) days, retaining only information we are legally required to keep for tax and business record purposes.

8.4 — Right to Object

Where we process your information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Where your personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States through the third party services listed in Section 5, such transfers are conducted through appropriate data transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) where applicable. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each third party service to confirm their specific transfer mechanisms.

We utilize modern privacy-enhancing technologies, such as Google Consent Mode, to ensure that data collection for analytics and advertising only occurs in accordance with your verified consent signals.
